Recipe: 

  • 1 Cup Farm Fresh Pecan Meal

  • ¼ Cup Butter, melted

  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar

  • 2 Packages Instant Vanilla Pudding

  • 3 Cups Whole Milk

  • 8oz Frozen Whipped Topping

  • 4 Fresh Bananas

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

  2. Combine the farm fresh pecan meal, melted butter and sugar. The mix will be crumbly. 

  3. Press the crust mixture into a 9”x13” pan. Use a smaller plan if you prefer thicker crust. 

  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven. 

  5. While the crust is cooling, whisk together the pudding mix, milk and frozen whipped topping. Beat for 10 minutes, or until the mixture reaches desired thickness. 

  6. Layer the crust with thick banana slices. 

  7. Pour the pudding mixture onto the crust and spread evenly.

  8. Top with farm fresh pecan meal. Cover and chill. 

  9. When ready to serve, top with thick banana slices. Enjoy!
