How do I store pecans? 

Always refrigerate or freeze your pecans. Pecans will remain fresh for up to 3 months when refrigerated and up 1 year when frozen. Due to being fresh  oil content, pecans will become rancid or stale if left in a cabinet.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be completely satisfied, or we will make it right. We make it our goal to provide you with the highest quality products. If you feel you need to return something, please contact us as soon as possible (within a week of receiving your items because these are perishable food products). Please note that fresh pecans are naturally a perishable item. 

What is your shipping policy?

It is our goal to get your orders out to you as soon as possible, most commonly in the same day the order was placed. We work very hard to help you save as much money on shipping as possible. For this reason, if we are able to package your items in a way that makes you eligible for a cheaper shipping option, we will do so and then refund the savings directly back to you.

Are your pecans gluten free?

Absolutely! Gluten is found in wheat, rye and barley, so our pecans are naturally gluten free. 

How do I order wholesale?

When can I order chocolate covered nuts?

You are free to order chocolate-covered items whenever you wish. However, we recommend you abstain from ordering those online from May-September as the warmer temperatures may distort the beautiful candied nuts in shipping.
